SMC Days 2025 in Munich

At the end of October, the time had come again: Our Xurrent and service management consulting teams met for the annual SMC Days in Munich. For two days, everything revolved around new ideas, shared strategies and our direction for 2026. In workshops and discussions, we set priorities, developed creative solutions and forged plans for the future. The result? A clear focus, fresh motivation – and lots of fun working together. Of course, the team evening is a must at blu Systems, too: At our traditional bowling night, we found once again that precision and accuracy are not only in demand in project work. A special highlight: Our management team joined in as well – a great sign of collaboration lived at every level. We are already looking forward to a successful 2026 – with many exciting projects, new ideas and strong team spirit!
